Although the rooms are small, it is a completely American style hotel. Very clean, good food, good water swimming pool, etc. Highly recommended. Pamukkale is very close and the staff are friendly. Odd Eye Dog, who listens well, also has a lot of charm.

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had plenty of cupboard space, which made unpacking and settling in easy. The bathroom was modern and clean, though a word of caution—the marble shower floor can be quite slippery, so take care. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to the entrance of Hierapolis and the travertines—it made visiting the sites so convenient. The hotel also arranged our airport transfer at a fair additional cost, which we really appreciated. The restaurant, located next to the pool, offered a pleasant dining experience, and the food was quite good. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the hotel which gave us more than enough time to explore the travertines and surrounds. Our room was lovely and very spacious and the daily cleaning promptly and well done. The shower was amazing, the best in our 2 and a half week trip in Turkey. It had a number of different spray settings. Breakfast had a good offering of all kinds of foods so it was easy to find something to suit each palate. There is a lovely pool area in the middle of the property. Definitely recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, attractive and of a good standard in terms of both facilities and overall appearance. The staff were professional and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. What really stood out was the pool area and our room, especially the shower, which was fantastic. We were also upgraded to a better room at check-in, which made a big difference with the kids. It was not expected, and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety available . Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to say. Do not hesitate to book. One note: the two Venus hotels are essentially part of the same complex, which was a bit confusing, particularly as one was priced lower than the other. That said, the room categories may differ, and since we were upgraded, we had no complaints.

The incredibly warm welcome, birthday surprise with cake, room upgrade, and the heartfelt hospitality from the owner. We stayed at Venus Suite Hotel for one night while passing through Pamukkale, and I’m still smiling and thinking about it. When I walked in, the owner greeted us incredibly warmly and immediately acknowledged it was my birthday. Within minutes, I was surprised with a birthday cake with candles! That thoughtful gesture alone made my stay unforgettable. To top it off, he upgraded our room and ensured everything was perfect. The hotel has free parking, which made everything smooth and easy. The room was lovely, spacious, and cosy, and after a day exploring the travertines, it felt like a haven. The breakfast was generous and varied—from savoury options to fresh fruits and local pastries, it hit the spot beautifully. But above all, what made this stay so special was the human touch—kindness, genuine care, and a true sense of hospitality that stays with you. This is the kind of place that turns a stopover into a memory.

Well run family style hotel close to the main attraction in Pamukkale. Hotel and rooms kept very clean. Set back a bit from the main road so quiet location but only 10 minute walk to restaurants. Large selection at breakfast for a typical Turkish meal. Coffee and chai constantly on the go. We stayed for a wedding but appeared that most people spent one or two nights visiting the local sites before moving on. Large hotel car park just across the road for the hotel. Towels provided for use in hotel pool.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, it's more beautiful than the photos. Some people complained about the rooms being small but for a couple, you have everything you need. The shower is spacious, the beds are comfy, the balconies provide a moment of stillness and peace, and the staff are exceptional. They were very kind to us from start to finish and even helped us with local recommendations. Highly recommend if you're in Pamukkale! Breakfast is also exceptional, so many options for different diets and something a bit different every day. Service with a smile 😁

The hotel had a nice pool although I did not get to swim. The breakfast buffet was plentiful although the selection was not as good or not as tasty as the other places I've been. The staff was nice enough to offer us the hot air balloon ride which we missed in Cappadocia. That was nice!

The staff were absolutely amazing!!! Super nice and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. Whether they made recommendations, or helped with transportations, they treated us very friendly. The restaurant staff was very good and the food was delicious! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and shower was fabulous! Loved the small dog and puppy around the property as they brought us so much joy. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

The hotel itself is very nice, the room as well (if you take the pool view) At start they put us in a room that we didn't like it because of the view, and when we asked them to change it to a better view, they moved us very quickly. Our room was big with a balcony on the pool on the 3rd floor. You could see the mountains and the air balloons. The restaurant is very cute and cozy. The breakfast buffet was one of the BEST buffets I've tried in many countries, very wide selection. Friendly & helpful staff.
